Wanted: Apartment in Bklyn/Queens

Looking for a one bedroom/bath or will consider a large studio in the following areas:

Bklyn:
Greenpoint
Park Slope
Carroll Gardens

or

Queens:
Ridgewood
Maspeth
Middle Village
Woodside
Astoria
LIC

Needs to be close proximity to subway L & G lines.

*** Safe area is primary concern. ***

If you have a rental or know of an available rental I'd be extremely grateful for the heads up. If your lead pans out you never know what good karma can come your way

Yea that part of bushwick is up and coming but it hasn't up and come yet.
My uncle has rental properties around queens. I'll see if he has any openings
It would also help if you have a budget to go by and move date.

All very trendy areas and up and coming yuppy vills , a few of my friends are out in those areas and they got the apartments via craigslist under rent by owner.

I'm from Brooklyn and know all those neighborhoods and more very well if you need any help feel free to ask.

I will ask a friend I live in glendale and I have a friend who owns a few buildings in ridgewood but the nice part of it by the bread factory let me see what he has pm me when u can
