Many cat owners can tell you that their pets can use toilets. Not a believer? Check out a cat forum instead of a reef/fish forum. You'll see.

it can be done. i heard you hang the litter box inside the tiolet. the cat will go w/ no problem. after a long period of time you remove the litter box and the cat still goes in the toilet. as for flushing, not all cats can do that.

i know it can be done, i tought my old cat to do it. but he still used the litter box too. they make a piece that fits over the seat, you put litter in it, and slowly start to remove parts from the center till the cat learns to sit on the rim.

I've had a couple of cats over the years who've used the toilet but only to pee in. All self taught and none learned to flush which is a good thing after seeing the video!
It's more common for cats to pee into your tub drain (sorry!), they like the smell of it.
