So who is the dominant one? Really got to make time to get out to see them in person before they get big! Only problem is that it will probably make me give hubby a heart attack when I tell him I want another puppy.LOL

HAHA Ruby is the dominant one for sure. Bella tries but resistance is futile- she has a sumbersault battle roll she does as Ruby charges lol.

So Bella and Ruby had their 3rd round of shots on Friday and the vet cleared me to start socializing them as long as I know the dogs they're around are up to date with everything.

I went over my buddies house today cause his son and daughter in law were over with their 6 year old boxer Molly and they wanted to see the pups after hearing about them. It went great the girls impress me each step of the way with how well behaved and proper they act .

Sure did:

It's the best thing I ever did. It took a few meals for Bella to learn but she got the hang of it. She started to have stomach issues from the kibble and we wound up at the emergency vet so I'm glad my research was already done switched them the next day. Here's them eating last night(3rd meal of the day)

They absolutely LOVE the diet!!! They used to sit across the room and wait till I put the kibble down. Now they're so excited they sit right behind me and whine as I'm skinning the chicken. They used to leave half their food for hours and then finish it. Now they eat until its gone and search for scraps they might have missed. They're breathe is fresh as can be and their energy level is through the roof.

Also only took 2 days to get nice solid stool. Good to go.

lol "ON THE TOWEL" it took me one feeding and i switched all feedings outside rain snow it dosent matter.

The only thing i would suggest is dont just feed chicken. Dont be afraid to use some of the ground foods, like from Bravo, Oma's pride or something, but still use the parts. When the get a little bigger turkey necks work great. I get them from a poultry place, 30 pound box is $35, alot cheaper than the stores and they are much bigger around a pound each.

The stool is the best part.

No the strictly chicken is onyl for the firsy 3 weeks. 2 weeks skin off 1 week 1/2 meals with skin 1/2 without then after 3 weeks skin on and then turkey, then 2 weeks later pork, then 2 weeks later lamb, then beef, then fish.

I will also hopefully have hook ups on venison from my cousin.

I will also get rabbit whenever I can also. i am hoping to have them on about 8 different proteins in all.

The chicken in the fridge I found a butcher in farmingdale. it was a 40LB. box of necks and backs @ 65 cents a pound- Box cost me $39

Nice you wont regret it. Watch them everytime you try something new, it took me 3 times to figure out my male cant eat the raw pork. Severe diaherra, really bad got dehidrated.

Nah I watch them like a hawk and when I leave and even when I shower they're crated. They showed interest the first few days with them but after 2 days of "leave it" every time they haven't tried to sample since.

I must say when it comes down to it they've been the most obedient puppies I've ever had.

They've been the most well behaved at their ages that I've had also. They have yet to even attempt to chew the couch. They haven't even thought about it. They are crazy at home with each other but as you saw when we visit places they just chill.

Girls got a visit for Uncle Tom(tomtoothdoc) today. He helped with the spoiling also!!!

Tom the girls say thank you for their new frisbee and bowls. They will be their Pennsylvania bowls for when we go up to the campsite:spin:

That was very nice of you Tom, you didn't have to do it?Also thanks for the ride to pick up my suburban. The 4 wheel drive works- he didn't lock the hubs lol.
