Value for extra tile?

My apartment building is clearing out a storage room and there is a TON of spare tile, all different kinds but generally 1-2 boxes of each.

Is there any value to this stuff? Some of it looks very expensive.

If it's only one-two boxes, it usually has no value. I've seen maintenance guys throwing out boxes of tiles many times. Even small bathroom needs 30square feet and that's usually more than two boxes. All I can think of is either mix&match or do a small countertop or patio table with tiles on top.
