Im kinda bored and I was thinking about how great some companies can be. I just wanted to point some of them out there that really care about their products/services/ customers. (In no way am I advertising) The following list I judged based on various aspects such as: Customer service, warranty, technical support (for electronics), and pretty much general satisfaction.

These are businesses of many categories and are in no particular order:

Apple
Bose Sound Systems
THX Sound Systems
Optimum
MONSTER Cable
LG
Lufthansa (unordinary for the list, but its just that great, hence the pro pic lol)
Mercedes Benz
Cisco
Canon (particularly with cams and printers)
Best Buy
Samsung
AT&T
Cabela's
Lacoste
Ray Ban
Yamaha ATVs

Just some of the top of my head, there are many others though...if you got one you wanna add, feel free to do so.

(Note: If you personally had a horrible experience with any one of these listed above, please don't get too graphic in the critique. Some had good experiences and some not so good.Thank you.)

bmw over mercedes.....funny thing is both owns by the same parent company (prestige) but the bmw people are much better at helping their customers- sales and service. even their lexus, toyota, and mini are much better than the mercedes division. don't know why.

costco a+

What about Sony and HP?

Well you mentioned my 2 least favorites lol right on the money there.....

Sony: Refused to even HELP me fix a blue screen of death, while the laptop was under warranty!! Can you imagine? :argue:

HP: Printers not reliable, software and firmware is buggy, details on prints aren't good. Not good for graphics(the printhead busted when I tried to print a detail-heavy graphic) The printers dont last that long either. They don't really stand by their products too much. Calling customer service, and they basically kept giving me a bland reply of: "We're working on some updates to fix it" and "restart the printer" and of course, "well we are sorry, but we can offer you the newest printer with an additional fee of $100....." :arg::arg::arg::arg::arg::arg:

That printer with the busted print head almost ended out the window after 2 1/2 hours of talking to tech support, printing tons of test pages, eventually running out of ink and the guy was like: "Well I can help you with that! I can direct you to our online store for refills on cartridges and paper!" :banghead: I couldn't believe me ears at that point like wtf do you want me to keep printing test pages all night!!!!!!!????:Yikes:

:type: ......technology gets the best of us sometimes.

Don't forget on the HP computers and laptops too. Since 2010 they have been improving there pc quality now. Now that's HP is working with Dre Beats to bring out better hp laptops now especially touch screen ones.

my last dealing with sony was with a month old camcorder, 2 shipping's back to the repair center later, i still have a semi working camcorder. solution? bit the bullet and bought a canon instead. sony used to have great products. besides their 1980's tv's and walkman, i can't think of a decent current sony stuff.

5 weeks old hp printer----->bought a canon to replace it.....both are working but the hp is now a functioning paper weight.

Yeah, I hear that Dre Beats is a great engineer. He's the one that solved the cooling issue on the quad cores, right? Or was he the guy that showed up and got paid a fortune to do some commercial for HP? It's so easy to get them mixed up.

No but really... HP pretty much sucks nowadays. Legacy HP, on the other hand... I still don't think I've ever seen a dead Laserjet 6p.

I also went with a canon pixma MG5320. Do you prefer inkjet over laser jet or opposite? Just curious...

Now that you point that out I think Dre as been advertasing HP's products to bring up HP products back to the market. I'm guessing they have been negotiating with each other.

i would think most people have both....each for its own strength. i find we use mostly the inkjet at home and the laser at the office.
we have 3 canon inkjets forgot which model #. love them.
laser we have several (5 or 6) samsungs. we originally bought the samsung for the office because they were cheap and we like the convenience of the toner and drum in one unit. the replacement toner/drum cartridges were economical enough to justify changing the drum out every toner change. and the best thing is they work. i think the first one we have is probably 10 years old. i don't recall having any office equipment that is 10 years old and still functioning perfectly.

All I know is that Dre is getting big money now with chryster and hp and now verzion with he's heads phones on the verzion. You can't forget he's Dre beats that are in every best buy store now all around the world

People don't really understand that beats headphones aren't even all that great. They are like any other headphone set. Ive tried the studio edition, and was really disappointed. For the money you spend on beats you can get a pair of Bose headphones- best quality IMO. The MIE2i and QC-15s are amazing.
