well since ive been home ive been making alot of meals and i figured i would share my favorite one with you guys.Hopefully i can get some from you.i came up with this one while trying out new gravys
3 or 4 pound roast
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 cup of butter
4 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 cups water
1 bunch of grren onions
1 teapoon garlic powde1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon of italoan dressing
what i do is sprinkle flour on the roast and put it in the oven at 500 degrees to sear it for 20 minutes.i use the pop up raost because i like my roast medium rare.i take it out and put the roast in a oven bag and add all the ingrdients.i lower the oven down to 325 opening the oven only to mix the gravy onto the roast.it uually takes about 1 1/2 to 2 hours for roast to be ready.share some of your recipes so i can learn new recipes and i dont shoot myself from being so bored
