If you can't find them let me know. I'll talk to my people and can probable tell you where to get them in your area. Also, if you're REALLY serious about beer, get yourself a copy of the DBBB (link below). It will tell you what beers are available in what states, and you can figure out who to contact to get them. I've used it when I travel to find beers available in other states.
I'm picking up the barrel tomorrow. Once I inspect it, I'll buy yeast and start culturing it for the brew days. Brew won't be this weekend, but either the weekend of the 10th or 17th.
It's got an amazing bourbon smell still, so I'm thinking that the Belgian Tripel is the way to go. It's been sitting dry for too long, so I'm going to need to soak it for awhile to get it watertight again, but it will be ready to go soon!
That's a lot of beer. If it's the 10th I can't make it, I was reminded that day is my sister's wedding and she won't reschedule. She's so selfish! Her fiance on the other hand, said if I could get her to postpone he'd be up for helping too.
LOL! Whichever weekend I pick, it's going to be both days... Helluva honeymoon!
I have a 10g brew rig, and can push it to 12-13 if I really push it. That means I'm brewing 4 times over the weekend and each brew takes about 4-6 hours, so I'm looking at two full days.
