Physics, or more specifically Fluid Dynamics. Rising water level creates some buoyancy and the ground already swollen with water pushed it out. Like when a nail pops out of wet wood except much more drastic and impressive.

Very fake. Look at the wave pattern where they super impose the shark image onto it.
Lol yeah you dont see the fins coming out of the water and no ripple affect from the shark . This if so fake
