Hey fellow reefer,

I am looking for any information or experience anyone has had with this company. The company has tried to recruit my wife and as usual the company has nothing but good to say. So i am in search of some feedback...

For those who may ask; i have done some research over the net but am having mixed reviews at the moment.

According to the hr rep it seems that one could make a good deal of money and even work part time, make there own schedule or do full time. She also mentioned that some people actually quit their current job to make primerica ther full-time.

I dont want to make this longer that what it already is so i am basically putting up this thread to avoid being scammed or something. Jus want to know if its worth it and if anyone has dealt or involved with.....

I did the basic search on the bbb and its not a pyramid scam. They were once a part of citibank till they whent solo. What i am basically looking to find out is if anyone worked/delt with or know more than whats presented on basic searches... Sometimes you dont get the full deal until you actually involved with. Thats when everything comes out... lol

ok this one does make it look like one but other comments here make it seems as if the employee was just not performing to standards... One complained about her husband not being home due to primerica that also let to there divorce... lol Sounds like it wasnt primerica, more like another chick... lol

True... Thought more money came from sales of financial products. I mean many companies give employees a reward for recruiting after a few months or so. Its not unheard of but i do see what your saying. This seems like they keep paying out.

I got scammed by these guys a long time ago when I was still in college. It IS a pyramid scheme. You shell out lots of money and hardly make any back. TRUST ME!! I shelled out like $350 and made $0.

They mentioned that and said it was just to start you up as the company is not trying to pay for people who are not
Committed. They do pay to license you in order to legally sell their products to customers and those licenses aren?t cheap. So this is where I am confused about the situation? I see the reason in not paying for background checks and charging for the training. Might be the company?s way of seeing who is committed and ready and at the same time lowering cost by not spending on people who just want to ?see?.

NO reputable company will charge the employee for a background check.
A fee to go to their required meeting - you must be kidding me! ..and weekly rah-rah meetings to keep people hooked, with no compensation?

Do you also realize that working as an independent contractor means YOU pay the full 15% into Social Security (as the company does not pay their 7.5% share) and you have to set aside all of the tax money and file periodically to pay it?

Truly a poor idea...

Your wife would be better off and have more chances for advancement flipping bugers at Mickey-D's...

It looked like a pyramid type scheme just by looking at the website =0) If the main website is more focused on recruiting than the actual products they sell it has to ring you some bells. Everything is typed to sell the company to potential worker bee's.... :type:

I'm sure you can make good cash and climb the ladder there by working very very hard but thats not the type of sleazy business you should want to get into. I would hate to basically tell someone "im going to screw you for my success".

We live a modest life but who wouldnt like a few extra dollars on the side. This was just a thought and i am now convince this is not such agood idea but needed to hear other peoples opinions. I would really have hated to have my wife get into something she would regret and even more if she leaves her job as a banker. WHOS GONNA PAY THE BABYSITTER!!!.... lol

I understand that and understood that from the start. Wasn't trying to be mean or anything and sorry if it came out that way. There's just better ways to make some extra cash. Even if you would try this company out it wouldn't be extra cash on the side. This is a major investment of your time and energy to make anything extra at best.
