Host anemones will all move to some extent, and they will all sting your nice coral frags. Some people can get away with this in a large tank but in nanos it can easily wipe out a lot of corals. My advice is to simply not ever keep them in nano tanks. They are incredibly sensitive creatures and should really be kept in more stable conditions in any case. Heteractis malu in particular has a really terrible survival rate in aquariums of any size.
Your tomato clown will do just fine without a host anemone. There are several corals andobjects that clowns will 'host' as if it were an anemone. Finger leathers, frogspawn coral, even a rubber koosh ball if you're desperate.
