are the sand worms and blood worms that are sold as live bait the same as bristle worms? do you think they will be reef safe?

I have an olive snail ( he is BIG) but i seldom see him, about 12 nass, i mexican turbo, 2 bumble bee (always in the rock), 6 turbo and 1 margarita snail ( she really works, need to get more of them), but what really sifts my sand is my Tomato clown LOL...

hey everyone, i found some funny looking "bugs" they range in size from 1/4-1 1/2 in and reside in the sand bed, they do not look like crabs or shrimp, they are a lite sand color, and look some what like a beatle. sorry i have no pic available, anyways does any one know what they are? are they...
