Ajaya, I have heard one person's account of what happened when he mixed these exact 2 brands of salt , he had an algae bloom. Keep in mind this was one account. I never had an issue, however I went from Coralife salt to Oceanic. BTW Oceanic is suppose to have a elevated level of calcium.

Also have another bucket that has been open.....however it has more salt than a 200g mix normally has - I added about 2/5 of salt to it from a Tropic Marin bucket. Asking $45
