searched the library and local bookstores ... no luck ... can someone give me the reader digests version? is it as simple as cutting off one of the fingers and glueing it to a piece of LR and placing it in low light low flow area? ... sorry to sound to noobish ... but i can only find limited...

well .. xenia didn;t make it .. but LFS guy was very understanding .. and gave me another bigger speciman for half of what i paid for the first one .. hopefully i have better luck this time .. i'll keep you posted

and i would like to do the same . however it is overgrowning it's area.. so i would like to move half of it to the other side of my nano .. can a chili survie being cut into fragments?

I have what i believe is a chili coral (ALCYONIUM PALMATUS) i can attach a pic later .. however he is getting rather large... so i was wonder is it would be possiblle to frag him into 2 .... any suggestions?

wish i knew what kind od xenia it is .. unfortunatly lps only said xenia ... as far as it's problem .. the part that concerains me is ths hole in its side ... perhaps where a frag was recently cut off? .. but that's jsut a guess .. here is the hole

I bought realy nice but small xenia last night .. it looked very good in the tank at the LFS.. I acclimated it for over 3 hours and checked my water .. everyhting looked ok, so i added it to my nano yesterday .. hoewever today it looks sad .. it's sort of jsut hanging there ... it doesn't look...

that's an easy fix .. just resize the pics using ms paint, or something along those lines

Hello again .. I'm curious to see if someone can id these 2 anemones .. these were collected from gulf coast beach from corpus christi, tx ... the were attached to debris that washed up in a storm .. they have been doing quite well in my tank at home ... but want to see if someone can tell me...
