    How old is the mp40? Ecotech is normally very good when it comes to customer service/assistance. They are located in PA and in my experience turn around time is fairly quick.

    Has anyone with an issue tried to clear their cache and then reboot their computer? If it works for some people and not for others than most likely it is your computer.

    I had an issue with one computer and not another. Go into your browser and clear your temp internet files along with any cookies. Once I did that it worked fine.

    What size tank were you thinking for an anemone only tank? Filtration? Lighting?

    Well first, leaving your lights on will not cause anything other than maybe some extra algae. Are you sure that it is ich? Can you describe it or even better some pics?

    They are probably asternia stars if they are small and on your glass. They are known to eat zoas. I usually pluck them off of the glass at night and the morning. Harlequin shrimp are known to eat them. But the prob is that a harlequin will only eat starfish and may starve after it cleans...
