My one pink tip anemone shrinks down the last 2 days, to a small size and releases brown stuff, is this normal? Everyime I see it I make sure to catch it as it comes out and get it out of the tank. After that he puffs back up and looks normal again.

Mine deflate sometimes to the point that they look like they are dead. I think they are just pushing out waste, as I usualy see some shrimp come out. Just give it some time, I was wondering the same thing about that
