I think Aqua C is a good brand, but the PRO version gives you a bit more power, which you may appreciate with a 60 gallon hex. The recommended limit on protein skimmers is often (if not always) very generous.

If the live rock is from a local store and it's pre-cured, you shouldn't have any trouble. Just like adding fish, do it a little at a time to avoid stressing the system. Do regular tests and be prepared to do a waterchange if ammonia starts to register.

I just went to the local veteranarian. After a bit of explaining about how I intended to use it, I got a few pills from him without a problem. This veterinarian required positive testing for heartworm before he'd give it to a dog so honesty was definately the best, and easiest, policy.
