The scup will eventually kill everything in your tank. They are nasty and territorial. They are pretty but also can carry many parasites and bacteria while showing no effects.
I'd also recommend not to put fish back into the ocean after they have been in your tank for the reasons already outlined in this thread.
Don't assume you can take any fish from local waters and donate it to an aquarium either. I doubt any of the aquariums are looking to take on Porgies or Northern Sennets.
I'm fine with local collecting but you have to do your research. There is no reason proper research cannot be conducted prior to going out and catching fish. There are too many resources online, especially within this site. If you cannot find what you are looking for just ask.
