I feed my suncorals and dendros in tank just because I have so many of them. The shrimps eat some of the food but I feed the tank about 2-3 times a week. No filter or skimmer just a CPR fuge. Nitrates stay low. I feed mysis, cyclopeeze, formula one flakes, black worms, diced shrimps and squid. The first week or two of getting a suncoral I feed it outside the tank.

Looks like my avatar is enjoying its home :approve:

Lots of sunpolyps and dendros. Sweet tank. First time seeing so many dendros and sunpolyps. allowed me to see the different morphs. All livestock in the tank looks healthy. Def. an eye opener. Anthony is making a dendro themed tank!

I think I stand corrected. You must've paid a grip for those. How big is each polyp?

Awilda, you can train your sun coral to open when you want them to with a strict feeding schedule.

I got it almost a year ago. If I'm not mistaken I paid about $40-$50 the yellow colony. I cant find a yellow colony like that anymore tho. I know a few people in Canada that has alot of Yellows in there LFS. I put in an order for yellow (med/ lg colony) at a fish store.
