i think i am going to get a 44 gallon pail and just make it in there then pump it in the holding tank and bam its done so all i have to do is get 39 gallons of water and mark the pail hows this sound?

But if it were me I would either do what I said about the measuring or take the time and fill it with 49 milk jugs and sharpie the outside. NEVER wonder again

i justed check it now i added water about 3 am its at 1.025 i am going to use it in my other tank no fish or corals yet and get a pail and make a fresh batch in the pail and see what happins
