I just got off the phone with them and they said it was any wattage heater in the Stealth line. Looks like that 75 needs to go back.

well, i was at petco today with my 150w and they said they wont take it. only taking the 100, 200, and 250's. although they pulled all thier marineland off the shelves.

I went to Petsmart and they gave me a hard time about returning the heaters. They wanted recipets and said they had no other Stealths to replace them. The girl was retarded as I explaind to her it is a stop selling and showed her the letter from Petsmart. They replaced the 75 but had nothing in stock to replace my 250 with. Good thing I had 2 new Jaeger sitting in my closet.

Yeah I had a problem with it, it cracked open.... It was during the cycle of the tank, no biggie, just went back to my old via aqua titanium heater.

They didn't want to do a refund, I'm gonna go to a different Petsmart later this week and try and return the 250. The 75 they did exchange

u should print the letter out and take it to them. then throw a big stink if they don't take it back. tell them you're calling their supervisor
