i personally have tried multiple copperbands and most of them eat and them die out of no where.(none picked at my coral or clams)

it is an extremely hard fish to keep, i find leaving the lights off with just a few blue leds on helps fish acclimate to your tank with out being harassed by other fish.

Depends if this fish likes the other foods available

Look at it this way if I was in a tank and you feed me all the steak I could eat I wouldn't touch the Turkey not that I don't eat Turkey I rather eat steak. Same with fish my CB love PE Mysis he doesn't eat corals but don't ask me to stop the mysis.
You just got to find what your fish like and make sure they get it every day.

I use to had a CB few months ago. He did a really good job cleaning feather duster & eat mysis very well. But after he clean out all the feather duster he start picking on my scolys. I didn't realized it after two of my best scolys died :( so just keep an eyes on your CB after he clean out all the duster.

I think stay alive is the hardest part. Ive never had a copperband not eat, same result tho death. Longest kept alive something like a 3 months estimate.

Hope yours does better than any of mine ;)
