I'm pretty sure they won't have to honor a price mistake.
I've seen plenty of price mistakes, especially back when the dot coms were a hot thing. Some crazy pricing mistakes misplacing a decimal point to a coupon from buy.com that typically was $15 off $150 was typoed as $150 off $150.
I actually don't want the light though.

Never had a problem with them, they even sent two replacement pumps due to vibration and noise without me sending back anything. =P
Considering there are only 2 SW supplies sites up that are descent (aside from a few smaller ones), why would you bizrate one of them negatively due to a typo on their end.

agreed about the bizrate thing, it's a typo obviously and hopefully uoi guy's get it at that price shoot ishould order one just to have at that price myself, but dont feel like putting 200+ in hold till they deny it
If you went into a grocery and they had Delmonicos marked at 99 cents a pound instead of 9.99 a pound you would expect to pay the price marked correct? Just because they are an internet business doesnt make them exempt from Comsumer Protection Laws.

No, i don't expect to pay it. One of 3 things happen. The store either tells me its a mistake, and asks me if i want to pay the 9.99 for it. The store eats the cost and sells it for 99c and then marks the steak back to its normal price for the next sale. Or it goes under the radar, it doesn't say on the register and the sale goes for 99c and you get a deal. Right time right place.
Unless they charge the people who payed recently for the 120$ lights a backcharge after shipping them for the rest of the cost of the lights they are doing nothing wrong with sending people emails saying they messed up and the lights are actually the 1200$. If the reciept people are getting from trying to purchase the lights is the correct amount, ie. 1200$ and not 120$ when they click buy now then its false advertising and they are in trouble.
The purpose of the Consumer Protection Laws are just as its written. There to PROTECT CONSUMERS from malpractices of the retailers. Not to let consumers benefit from mistakes that the retailers make. Im pretty sure you can google consumer protection and get a bunch of scenarios where internet companies or other retailers try to scam people out of money through false advertising.
Im 99.9% sure that marinedepot is not trying to scam anyone. The price will be adjusted as it has before with them and it will be taken care of without people needing to bizrate them negatively or a lawsuit.
Sorry ryan, not trying to attack you personally. Something bothered me about the comment and the way people were taking the thread about the price adjustment possibility and i quicklinked your comment.

It said it usually ships withing 2-3 days and since everyone seems to have ordered yesterday or today, tomorrow should be day 1. If you ordered and you get any info on whether they're actually shipping or not, let us know. You can check if they shipped it to by going on your account on the site. Any notifications, post them lol. I'm so anxious to see what happens with this, I really want it lol

It actually says it ships in 2 - 3 days if it's in stock. And last I checked it wasn't.
They actually updated it this morning to...Availability: Limited Availability. Likely to ship in 1 to 2 weeks.
