Open to the public. An RSVP with payment makes it easier for the organizers to plan the days events......but not required.

RSVPs before the event really help with planning food! We were quite lucky that the hotel had plenty on hand because we could have easily cleaned off the buffet with JUST the folks that paid at the door. Please be courteous to your host and RSVP in advance!
