Haha, I drank that stuff all the time, I thought it was "good for me". I mean why do they SELL
the units if the water is not good to drink? But after reading WHY it was not good, I drink about
a glass a month, and I can understand why you wold not want to mess with water that came from a
membrane that has been standing for some time without motion or pressure. glad to hear that some
mysteries are solved and REALLY glad to see the tank in operation. I have been sitting on my hands waiting
for pics.

I just had a thought. On page one you were wondering how much a large tank would cost to run
and got an estimate of 200 a month. IF IT JUST BECAME TOO MUCH, that built in would be perfect
for some kind of terrareum. Frogs and fish and orchids and stuff. BUT FOR NOW, awesome. Can't
wait to see it mature.

Zebrasoma Gemmatum

I have 3 coming and I am not paying a cent for them, they are fairly common off our coast and a friend knows of a reef where they shoal- he is going to get me 3 this weekend! 8)

Matt, that was the fish I was talking about earlier in the thread....a google search shows it refered to as "the Holy Grail of aquarium fish"- looks like there is some upside to living on the Dark Continent after all!

The reason of that cost is because their market is most decidedly over here, rather than your neck of the woods ;)
