landlord refusing security deposit on basis of aquarium

whered you find a place so cheap in hermosa? ive never heard of a place that cheap in hermosa, manhattan or redondo especially for a 2 bedroom.
maybe in lawndale. it was a 2 bedroom but still 650 sq ft. our new place here is 950 sq ft for 975 a month and everything is brand new. we couldve gotten cheaper though. we'll probably move somewhere with twice as much square footage for about what youre paying when our lease is up.

i must say i did get a sweet deal. i live near prospect and avation. beach side of prospect. behind the bmw repair shop. right down the street from that motoer cycle place forgot the name. up the street from ETs and just longboards. most of my friends pay about the same you did but for bigger places.

we were living over in the apartment complexes right behind trader joes on manhattan beach blvd and aviation. near northrop-grumman

no way my friend lived over there.2nd floor at the end christian is his name. he still lives here but in torrance beach near rivera village.

is this the one though FMAS? i wont be able to go. i need to get my tank up and running before i start doing more stuff with FMAS or it just bums me out. i suffered a catastropic loss of all my livestock when i tried to drive it cross country. currently im having problems retrofitting my old stand to the new holes i had put in the aquarium for a sump.
