damn i would love to find this out too.. i caught a hitch hiker on a frag and since then have seen my zoa population disappear slowly but surely...smh must have taken out atleast 40 of them in the last 6 months... down to about 4 frag size colonies from about 7 colonies that i had.. flat exit kills them but it wont kill the eggs.. so you would have to treat for like a month... i just let them win... planning to do another build any ways so ill frag and treat what i want from this tankand let them starve and die out hopefully

? Well one I found on my satosa and it looked like it did some damage as there was like a snail trail on the satosa.
Then I took a turkey baster to my orange digi and 4-5 more came off but when I hit the monti nothing? Although my monti has looked like dog **** for the last few weeks?

I can't stress this enough if you buy coral with a rock base, frag plug or attached to anything and you don't cut it off and dip it's only a matter of time before you get red bugs, flat worms or nutibranch. They lay their eggs on the bases and no amount of DIP is going to work.
CUT THE BASES OFF...............

Fully encrusted my A** .........who wants it I'll take fresh cut any day. Lol

Also wanted to say thank you to turbotone for being man enough to openly post that he also has them and not being like to many in this quick make a buck hoby frag sellers that like to keep secrets.

Lmfao one day it's going to bite you in the A** ;)
And I'm huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuungry!!!

Ya those pics look like mine lol
I'm going to take a close look tonight after lights out.
If wrasses did not do it for you what did you do or do you still have them?

I had a coris wrass that went carpet surfing threw a hole the size of a quarter in the back of the canopy about 3 weeks ago :fishhit:
I just haven't had a chance to replace him.
Got a really colorful 6 line thou.

Yeah mike I hate to break it to u man I threw most of mine out I broke off a frag of each that I didnt see them on and chucked the rest .u may get lucky if they havent traveled to the other side of the tank yet .u can also try taking them out dipping them and putting them in a diffrent qt tank the problem is they hide in the tinyest crevices of the montis so be sure to turkey bast inside the holes sucks bro but what can u do this is the strrssfully relaxing hobby we chosen

The trail are eggs most any wrasse from the halichoeres family should eat them red coris yellow coris be careful if u get the red it hunts all day turning over corals def took care of my monti eating nudibranch problem if you choose to dip you have to do it every few days as the dip will not kill the eggs
