Beware if you order online from tb aquatics . I ordered from them about a month ago and then again yesterday . With in hours of both orders I have had my account info taken and unauthorized charges on my card . I find this far to coincidental . I order stuff online all the time without any issues and I know it's only a matter of time if you do a lot of shopping online for this to happen to you but I feel that there site is not secure .

it is just a coincidence. our software is secure. we are scanned for pci compliance regularly. we do not store credit numbers ever. they are just past directly to authorize.net. we have not received a single complaint outside of your and when we did, we had our site checked again.

Same issue with target. Their software was secure but an outside party wasnt. Could be an issue with tb aquatics payment processor as opposed to actual TBaquatics. Regardless two times in unusual but the orders were in hours of each other so it could be a one time issue but none of us really now so its nice to stay ontop of. That way if it does happen to someone else it can be linked to tbaquatics

I ordered from amazon and it actually came from tb aquatics .this week so for me they were great
I order from TB on a regular and never had a problem, actually I prefer to order from them because I get my stuff next day and there service is always great. Sucks that you had problem but I am sure it's same risk any where you order online

I've never ordered from them but your problem is you have no proof man. Sorry to hear that though. You have to take caution with everyone.

You said you ordered 2 x within a month and on both occasions you had unauthorized charges on your credit card. Was it the same card or different cards?
You realized you blamed someone without any proof? I think you use your card for other purchases also and only because it was online purchase doesn't proof anything. Data can stolen practically anywhere.
I was ordering from TB Aquatics as well and I didn't have any problem.
2 different card ,ordered on 2 different computers , on 2 different networks and with in hours of both orders this happened . Way to much of a coincidence for me ........... And it is to bad I got the 1st order the next night. I order online a lot and never had an issue. I know if you do a lot of shopping online over time this is bound to happen . Just saying that this is far to coincidental and will not be ordering from them again .
