Wow...With the sump added that alot of weight bro..

word, did you reinforce the floor? is it at least next to a load bearing wall? 220 plus a 55g sump(im assuming) is ALOT of weight. 2200 lbs for the tank filled with no rocks. about 120 lbs of sand. another 200lbs of rock. plus the sump and equipment. dude, PLEASE tell me your floor is reinforced :Yikes::Yikes::Yikes:

This is the sump that I made not my best but I'm hoping it will work I have to drill two bulkheads at the end when I find my dangnabit hole saw lol lol

The dimensions are 36x15 1/2x15 it only has two real chambers one for the protein skimmer the second for my bio pellet reactor the very first chamber holds the 7" filter sock

i might im gonna see how this works out first if i dont need to then ill leave it this one is twice the size of the one i currently have on my 120 gal

side question i glued the PVC tee's together at the ends i wanna make sure they can withstand the pressure of the pumps is there anything i can do to it to make sure it doesn't come apart guys

The way I go about it is by the primer first and then added glue on both ends . rather be safe than sorry bro good luck on the build. .:wink1:

the pump doesn't put out high pressure so i wouldn't worry about it.
as long as one of the valves are open theirs little pressure.
my manifold isn't even glued, but i am getting around to gluing it, i think I'm pushing my luck.

yeah the only parts that i didn't glue together are the bushings on the valves lol i dont think they will pop out since i cant even remove them without using a pair of pliers lol :spin:
