Sorry dude, I am down to the last slab.. Will be making some in about 4-5 weeks.
Make your own is easy for you, just follow the fish smell on Canal street and you'll find all the ingredients you need. just make sure you wash the blender out well before you make your self a tropical drink with it

After you guys freeze it up how do you feed this to corals and fishes>? just throw a whole cube in and let them fight for it? or use a turkey baser and feed it? when you blend the food does it have to be very blended like no more little particles?

okay I'm going to throw my formula into the mix

I made up a batch the other day to feed just what's in my tank,

A small CBB, a large blue damsel, a ocilaris clown, a small black goby, various corals and a sea horse in the fuge.

I used what was in my house at the time, 1/4 pound chopped pe mysis, 1/4 pound whole mysis (both were thawed and rinsed), 1/4 cup of chopped krill, one jar of oyster eggs, 1/2 cup of cyclopeeze, 1 jar of selecon, 3 cloves of chopped and crushed garlic, and some marine flake food. (Note since I have no tangs in the tank I did not add any nori)
I mixed it in a bowl with just a spoon and let it sit so the selecon could do it's thing. I then used Phils idea of placing the mix in some eggcrate. It worked amazing, I now have perfect little squares of frozen yummyiness to feed the tank.
