Well I decided to redo my wall tank setup. After listening to numerous forums my brother in laws idea of a in wall setup consisted of using PT 4x4 and the wood wasn't set correctly. I have since had the assistance of my brother which helped design and build it using 2x6 and 2x4 which makes this 100x stronger then originally planned. The bottom shelf is temporary until I get the tank in so that I can see the distance for the sump since it is PVC piped in. Here are the new photos which is still a work in progress. The front will have a hideaway panel which will look like the wall but will allow me to pop off to gain front access. The wall outlet has been moved. I also have an outlet in the laundry room which will be moved up the wall to allow the wires to hang without water running towards the outlet. Will post more as I progress.

Thanks alot for the help, advice I appreciate it all.
I have a few things to do first which I will complete this weekend. I would like to stain the wood with thompsons since I know the sump area may get some water on the wood. I also need to make some minor modifications to the front wall area, moulding as well as move an outlet higher up the wall so that if the wires get wet I don't need to worry about water going to the outlet and its easier to access. then I can get the tank and start filling. I also need to make the whole for the predrilled holes in the tank.

I finally got the time to do the framing and make the "hideaway panel" above.
This Friday night I will be taking down the old tank FINALLY and place the 4 fish in a water cooler for 24hrs. The rock will go in a 30gal pail. Saturday around 11am we will be moving the 120 to my house. We have a pair of glass suction cups to lift and move the tank. I will take photos of every move. I will have to paint the wall and frame. I have thompson water sealed the entire stand etc.
