I do not think that is a vendor issue, the fish lasted over 30 days, hard to hold the vendor financially responsible. I understand, it sucks, but that is part of the hobby IMO.
If it had been less than a week, then I understand getting mad at the vendor, but over 30 days is a long enough time. These are fish coming from the ocean, sometimes they just don't make it.
