Flying Gurnard? Anyone have one of these?

Well are these the same fish as flying fish? The flying fish looks to be more blue and I think they live further out at sea.

flying fish are a different fish all together they are pelagic and live mostly around floating sargassum beds i saw them last year 125 miles offshore at hydro canyon when i was tuna fishing their incredible especially up close
