If you are going to medicate with copper, you should remove all your live rock and sand. That rock will now always have some copper and will leach copper into your system. Mixing copper and formalin is a big No, NO. the formalin will cause your copper to become toxic. I suggest large water changes, removal of all rock,sand (if you medicate with copper, note that this tank is no longer a display tank)
