If the picture is small enough you can attach it directly to your post. Other options include uploading photos to your personal photo gallery and link to it or use something like photobucket which will provide a link you can copy and paste into your posts.

You can attach a picture by copying the link(location) and then clicking on the little picture in the post and pasting the link into it. The picture will then appear in your post.

Since you Reef Berry me I think you understand how to use it now.
