Opinions on Phoenix 14k 250w mh bulb

After I switched to icecap ballasts they weren't as blue (took some of the edge (Blue) off) and made them just right.

I'm curious whats better electronic or magnetic ballasts? And whats the difference? Sorry but I have no clue and saw the prior posts.

Got the bulb x-mas eve. Less blue than the old bulb. Corals opened nicely. Looks great.
