Just wanna let you guys know, there is a chance(a high chance as predicted in my previous posts elsewhere) that Orbitec's all the claims of "LED for aquarium use" will be reversed in the old application. Patent office has recently issued an Office Action saying that one of the couple aquarium LED patents, Orbitec claimed, as obvious. A patent claim can be reversed due to claims being "obvious." I bet RC has talk about this, go search.

However, there is still one part of Orbitec's claims may be patentable but that particular part does not look like affecting other manufacturers though.
