Skimz SM201 here , no DC pump, but works great, have it for about year on 150 gal

Not to sound ignorant [I just didn't see it present on all of the pictures I found], but does the collection cup on the Skimz DC SM203 have the capability to add a larger bottle for the waste?

I have the water level just above the pump like it says in the manual. Hopefully it breaks in soon.

There's a piece of rubber underneath the cup that I think can be removed for what you're talking about but I haven't tried it yet.

Around 9inches water level is ideal!

This thing is super silent and I have it running on its highest setting! Can't wait to see what kind of junk it starts pulling.
