Very nice. Does it swivel or are the racks stationary?

I need something like this but need to have it hanging. I got something that sticks to the tank with suction cups but the cups keeps falling off.

It doesn't swivel but you could turn it. I also have the two frag racks posted earlier in this thread (actually own 4 total) that are magnetic. He does do custom work too another member here had something specifically made to fit his tank. Pm me and I can put you in touch with him if you want.
