I use the underwater epoxy and the ic gel combo and it works great.
I put a bunch of glue on the bottom of the coral press the epoxy over that then put a lot of glue on the other side of the epoxy then attacth it to the rock by moving it in on the rock till the glue grabs then shape the epoxy around the rock.
I hope this makes sence.

here's a pic
I glue the epoxy to the coral or plug then glue the epoxy to the rock in the tank.

Here are two corals I did this way.

bigsink go to home depot then shoot over to the paint section.
Locate all the glue and adhesive stuff they have in that area...
get your hands on a gel glue...

Its called the Original Super glue gel (comes in a 2 pack there small tubes)

it contains cyanoacrylate which is safe for our aquariums...

once purchased this is how its used... place a small dime size worth of the glue underneath the frag dip it in water for a second then take it out let it dry for about 2-5 seconds place is back in the water and put in your desired location.. push down firmly and turn the frag just a lil bit clockwise and counterclockwise until the glue gets a chance to grab and hold then your set ;)...

once u do this enough u will be an expert in gluing frags... good luck..

This is not a frag! It is a 6 inch Acro nana colony and an 8 inch Monti colony.
No cyanoacrylate gel glue is going to glue those "frags", you need two part putty epoxy like Randy and Vic suggested. Two Little Fishes makes them, I also use Aquamend which you can get from Home Depot. You will need quite a bit for the colonies you are trying yo attach.
