im gonna leave it like this if that's your favorite place to shop great for you, If you never had a bad experience good for you, However I did not have that same experience. I never said it was the worst place to go or did i try to tell anyone not to go there. So at the end of the day he confirmed what happened with the fish and said he would make it right. As far as the customer service bit it was not extremely busy and i have ran businesses so I know a thing or two about customer service. But everybody has a off day so I am not condemning them in the end so no need for all the something is wrong with me responses. everybody has different experience that was mine

I don't think any of them were meant to go at you at all. I think it's just people showing some positive support for the store for newbies to the forum reading it.

Yep, everywhere will have an off day here and there.

I work for Rich so if I was to post anything it would seem like I'm calling you wrong so obviously I won't do that. Hope to see you in there although I don't do in store hours I am there a fair amount of time.

I dont know about you guys but i LOVE when the workers leave me alone. Gives me more time to look around and not make a impulse buy and take my time to get what would really do well in my tank. When i go to the LFS i can care less if im in there for an hour or more

Here's one for you, I was there a week and half ago and saw a frag I wanted to buy and asked for the price, to my surprise I was quoted a pretty low price. I must have been exposed to paly toxin because for some reason I kept asking "are you sure that's the price?" eventually I guess they agreed w/ me and the price should be higher.......DOH! I wept a little driving home w/o that deal.

I was there last week saturday, they had a good variety of fish and corals, store was busy and i was asked if i need help and i told the guy that i was looking first. Corals were very eye popping, over all i had a good experience p/u a blenny, coral, hermit crabs, and they r still alive

I have been going there for a long time now. Not only did I buy my tank there, but most of all my livestock and corals. Only had one death, and he jumped out. There is soo much to see! Soo many corals, fish, inverts. I am always there for at least an hour! And Andy, when he's there is the most knowledgeable man I have ever met! I actually plan on going this weekend and check out more stuff!

I've been going there for 2 years now , there great I bought a Red Sea max then . Now I'm buying a 30 gallon rimless this Friday they're very helpful and will actually give you the time of day for help. I was there till past 8 going over a plan for my new setup . I don't mind driving 30 minutes from queens to shop there..
