Can agree that those are pineapple sponges! If your tank is new (within 2 years old) it's probably a localized bloom, and they will eventually go away. I'm not sure how to actively culture them if that's something you're interested in doing however.

Silicate dosing will help them thrive. I started dosing silicate trying to induce a diatom bloom to help with an Amphidinium outbreak and I loved all the sponges going nuts so much I never stopped.
