Im thinking around 120" L x 36" W x 30" H

Actually bigger than this. Just calculated that size is only 560 gallons. So this tank may be closer to 120 x 48 x 30 although even that is coming in short of 850

Is there going to be a Canopy or are you going to add more sheet rock to fill the space above the tank , also why are there no plastic supports on the bottom of the tank to match the top ?
