hmmmm... i guess that's true. maybe I'll hit up Jeff for some lids .i wouldn't think generic sumps would have lids , But i've seen sumps by custom king(MR vendor) and advanced acrylics that had lids for the compartments

yea, my setup is now in a basement, sump in next room, so I too was concerned about humidity. I'll check out HD near me and see what I can find. first still deciding if I want a new sump or not.Thank you and you're welcome!
I asked the same question you had when I had to clean up my sump room/garage. I got a new car and didn't want any salt water splashes out, and also wanted to minimize the humidity in the garage. And here came that idea.
