The issue is you set the bar too high with the photo you put up..

I "had" these (2) colonies growing - in same color as what you are looking for.
lost 90% of both colonies in a SG issue

the portion that survived has recovered, and is growing , but looks more blueish now vs dark purple

Sorry to hear that you lost those colonies. I changed the pic to a more realistic frag. Hopefully that helps

Rich if you're not in rush wait I'll grow my little one and cut it for you... It gonna take some time but I'll try to keep feeding my corals more often, it it works for picky Kedds yellow maybe purple monster gonna grow faster
