Where to buy corals/frags?

Ok, I am ready to start stocking my tank. I do not live in NY, and the lfs suck in my area. So, what online vendors do you like? Or does anyone have frags that they know how to ship? If your a private seller, pm me please. I teach, so I will not be buying the latest designer coral for $600. I am looking for LPS, SPS, and rics/zoo's.
