Unfortunately, I have some bad news. It appears that several local fish stores all decided to call my supplier for the salt that I was ordering for everyone here on the boards. The fish stores threatened to pull their orders from the supplier unless he shut me down. Thus I am not sure that the salt will be available at that price, if at all. I do not know which stores it was, they have not been forthcoming to me, but I hope they do speak up for themselves. This impacts every member of this board that buys things from the little guys like me, who really care about the hobby. I am really disappointed that this crippled our ability to do complete this order together. Sorry guys.

I will reimburse anyone with cash I am also working on replacing your paypal fees as well, because that will be out of my own pocket. I just don't want you guys to take the hit for this.

PS ,I tranferred all the money as you guys sent it to me 1 by 1 ,it take a few days for it to clear.Once it does ,I will send you your money and pm that i did.

Hi Ronen, i am new here but have been in the hobby for about 10 yrs. thus i was not in your group salt order.

i'm really bewildered lfs would be even sllightly irritated by a group SALT purchase offered by a bonafide retailer. i mean duh, salt is such a staple, if a lfs is ranting about lost SALT sales they must really be a GRINCH in all other OTHER true mark-up product.

it also bewilders me each retailer refers to their (1) supplier as if they have a Exclusive contract of some sort. obviously the above predicament indicates the stark contrary.

good grief!!!

instant ocean salt is basically $10 a 50 gallon bag. i love it.

Sry you feel tht way ,But this was told to me by my suppliers .I do not just open my mouth on LFS,Im very honest and will never in my life screw anyone in this manner.again srry you feel his way ,But if anyone douts me ,Im more then happy to tape the call.I dont not tneed to make a buy for ppl just return the money ,you really dont know how i feel right now,Only thing in my mind that i hear is my suppliers telling me that 3 LFS called to complan about this salt buy >Which came to this.

Yes
Exact word to me where ,3 LFS in your area call me today and said you had a group buy for salt $30 ,this was ruining there business(ripping us off) so in tails they call to shut this down

Only shows me that i am making a big mark on their business and will keep doing so,I have lots up my sleves.OK they think they won on this dry good odred ,But i kow ,and lots of members know ,that if iwant to ,i can break the prices of anything,Also they got their you know what stuck up so far you know what they dont know other places to order

Im goin gto hurt them wher eit hurts most ,THE POCKETS
only going to make me look for cheaper places to buy from ,and sell it cheaper here ,and watch them try again
But again i stress this out they are cowards point blank and simple ,they wont come out of the hole they are in ,Most LFS place are expensive and
G-D will repay them back;Not me ,my job is to continue what i do and wont let no one stop me
