Hello All,
I just wanted to say a "Thank You" to Buckeye Field Supply. I recently posted a thread here on MR asking about suggestions on their RO/DI units since they're a sponsor. I went with them after recommendations from MR members and everyone's positive feedback on their customer service as well. After placing an order I receievd my RO/DI unit on last Friday. I set my system up and unfortunately I couldn't get it to work properly so I gave BFS a call. They promptly called me back on Sunday which surprised me and stayed on the phone until I got my system up and running. I just want to say "Thanks" once again to BFS for your excellent product and customer service. I was expecting to recieve a call from them hopefully by Tuesday or Wednesday which is usally the case with some companies but not BFS!
