hi,
I recently purchase a Wavy Sea & followed the instructions in setting it up. I also purchased the bracket so it will mount on AGA tanks that has the plastic rim. Upon plugging in the unit the controller reads "0" & not the recommended "5" after I pushed on/restart button, the main body started to make rotating/mechanical sounds. there are only two cables. one for the power & one for the controller, there is no way you can plug it the wrong way since it has a certain shape. What can I be doing wrong or is this a defective unit?

I need to have this resolved quickly since I have sold my Sea Swirl & I need to ship it out.

hi Scott,
in the absence of response from Wavy Sea, I would like a refund of my purchase. I will also gladly buy anything else in your inventory that may equal my Wavy Sea purchase. I do appreciate all the efforts you have tried to do the righ thing, but I really feel that Wavy Sea is making you look bad at this point.:frown:

We have been emailing him and copying you on each email. I will call him today! Sorry for the no response from WavySea. I'm not sure why he hasn't responded to you yet. We received an email and fax from him last night (not related to your issue). I will ship you a WavySea from our inventory. Can you ship the defective unit back to us? Please email or call me. Thank you, Scott

I never had questioned Scott's integrity, but Wavy Sea has dropped the Ball on this one. This is exactly why Iam having seconds thoughts about it/them.

Scott, I will email you with concern.
