are you ganna take the train? because if you are you can take the B or Q downtons all the way to sheepshead bay. you get of on ave z side and make a left walk down to coney island and walk up the block its ganna be on the left side. is that good enough for all or not?

Yep

D train to Sheepshead Bay and it's a 5 minutes walk from the station. Walk from the station on Ave Z to Coney Island Ave and walk up a a block to Ave Y.
