awesome job on the canopy. did you check what the temperature rise is under the canopy with all 3 fixtures running? just to make sure you don't need an additional fan on the side.

with all the lights on tank stays 78 sometimes 77....each light has a fan in it....but i do have 2 4inch fans on either side of the canopy just incase...

update...my tank is infested with ick and somekind of brown bacteria is on my fish....i am treating it with kick ick and rally...i hope my fish pull threw....time will tell....

The tank has not gotten better . The ick is at it worst and i lost 4 fish already. Never had this happen to any of the tanks we owned. Crazy depressing to watch everything die. What else can we do????????????????

Not sure if you can get it in the US but have you looked at someone like: eSHa oodinex? Its reef safe ick treatment and personally I've used it with success in the past.

i looked it up and i dont think i can get it in the us.....i think its more of a bacteria in the tank that is stressing the fish out therefor causeing them to get ick....i have did everything except remove all the rocks to get to the fish and take them out....i have a lot to think about .....i dont know if i have it in me to start over....it might be the begining of the end......

yea too bad its got a bad bacteria and ich cant get rid of.....im looking for any advive on what to do .....is there anyone on this site that can guide me to do the right thing...i feel so bad the fish are dieing one by one each day.....

Are there any corals or inverts in the tank yet ? If there is none you can bring the salinity way down and keep it there only if you have no inverts or corals.
